Gregory Herbert British , b. 1990

Gregory Herbert lives and works in Liverpool. Herbert explores the vast entanglement of interactions that organisms and non-human entities have within their environments, often taking influence from models of collaboration and coexistence. Herbert is a former Director of The Royal Standard and recently completed his MA Fine Art at Manchester Metropolitan University. Herbert was Paradise Works artist in residence (2019) and was recently commissioned by FACT liverpool as part of their Together program (2020). Herberts recent exhibitions include ‘The Cucumber Fell in the Sand’, Humber Street Gallery, Hull (2019); MA Degree show, HOME, Manchester; ‘Oikos Logos’, a collaborative show with Hannah Rowan and Matthew Verdon, Enclave Lab, London (2018); ‘Mesocosm’, The Trophy Room, Liverpool (Solo Show, 2018).
